Dayton Flight Professional Basketball is a part of The Basketball League (TBL) dedicated to delivering a World Class Professional Basketball experience to our community, our fans, and business partners. We are dedicated to serving our communities. Outreach efforts include daytime games for school aged students with programming at half time centered on issues of bullying, self-confidence and reputation safety. Dayton Flight Professional Basketball as a part of The Basketball League (TBL) is committed to Community Outreach to local Non-Profit Organizations. Our players aren't just members of a team, they are a fabric of the community. In the off-season, we work to bring sports, pride, and hope to under-served children in the great city of Dayton.

Our organizations mission is built upon an overall philosophy of helping those who don’t quite have the have the conviction or resources to help themselves With the help of our players, partners and staff implementing elite competition and service to the community as we build a championship effort daily.
